When you contact our office and set up a complimentary in-home consultation, one of our experienced salesmen will come to your home, take measurements, speak with you about what you want as well as discuss your options, and give you a quote for the work you want done. You may be thinking, “Where do we go from here?” Though the answer may seem simple enough, many people do not know what the next phase of the process is, and we want our customers to be as knowledgeable as possible when dealing with their redesigns.
When it comes to custom interior plantation shutter orders, we make all of our plantation shutters locally in Manor, Texas. Though production can take five weeks, the average production time is between six to eight weeks. We will also ask you for your paint information, but if you do not have it, we will be able to match it, no charge! We will send you a paint sample in the mail, and if it is approved, all we need is a stamped and addressed card with your signature. If you are wanting a stain instead of a pain, we will send you three stain samples, as stains are harder to match than paints.
The next step is having our installation coordinator call you to set up an installation date, which is usually seven to ten days prior to the actual installation. You will have a half hour to an hour window as to when the installer will arrive, and they will also be able to let you know how long the installation will take. All you need to do is remove any preexisting window treatments and move some furniture. Our installers will be able to help you with this should you need it, as we want a smooth and efficient installation process! If you would like to set up an appointment, contact our office today!
